TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Extra Person Charge: $25 per person, per night ($35 during High Season)
• Extra Bed Hire: $45 (includes linen) ($65 during High Season)
• 2 Bedroom - maximum 4 people (5 with rollaway bed)
• 3 Bedroom - maximum 6 people (7 with rollaway bed)
• Confirmation of bookings requires a minimum $300 deposit. Balance to be    paid on arrival.
• Check in from 2.00pm - Check out 10.00am
• Half day rate applies for extension till 2.00pm, otherwise the full day rate    applies.

• CANCELLATION POLICY
- Deposit non refundable.
- Low and Mid Season cancellation within 14 days guest liable for one half of accommodation cost.
- High Season cancellation within 28 days liable for full amount of accommodation
- Minimum Administration Fee of $50 for all cancellations.

• All units have Digital Foxtel.
• All linen is included in tariff.
• No pets allowed.
• Guests are responsible for damage, loss or theft from their unit. Personal property is not insured by us.
• Common areas for guests and owners user only.
• Smoking is only permitted on your balcony.
• Schoolies / Toolies Bookings not accepted.
• Facilities available subject to maintenance requirements.
• The tariff does not include washing of dishes or removal of rubbish. There will be a cleaning charge of $150.00 if the unit is not left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.
• Photo ID (Driver's Licence) required to verify credit card.
