Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check In: 2:00PM 

Check Out: 10:00AM

Please contact reception if arriving outside Reception hours.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

A cash security bond is taken upon check in, if a valid credit card is not supplied. Weekend stays require a pre authorisation of $300 to be placed on the credit card. A debit card can not be used in place of a credit card for security purposes.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

After hours check in is available. It is important for you to contact the reception on the day before your arrival to ensure arrangements are made for your late arrival.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late check out is available extra charges apply please make enquiries with reception if you require a check out after 10am.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit of $350 is payable at time of booking.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Reception is open from 08.30am till 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Saturday 08.30am to 12.00pm

Reception is closed on Sunday an Public Holidays

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes, Theme park tickets can be purchased at reception.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Internet facilities are available, additional charges apply please enquire at reception.

Q: What facilities do you have?

The complex has a heated swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, rooftop bbq area, air-conditioning, direct beach access & lifts.

Q: Is there car parking available?

One car space is available per unit. There is plenty of street parking available if required. There are no extra costs for parking.

Q: Is all linen provided?

All linen is provided. Beach towels can also be hired from reception at a small additional cost

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Rooms are serviced on the 8th day of your stay or extra service's can be arranged at an additional cost if required.

Q: Is the pool heated?

The pool is heated, between 26 and 28 degrees year round

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

Surfers Paradise central is approx 1.2 km away or a 15 min walk along the beach.

Broadbeach entertainent precinct is approx 1 km away or a 10 min walk along the boardwalk

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes, you can find shops and restaurants within a 15 minute walk to the centre of Broadbeach  

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Buses run from Surf Parade approx 300 meters from the complex.

The Light Rail Tram runs from Florda Gardens Station approx 5 minute walk from the complex. This tram travels from Broadbeach to Southport.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

Whether it be Dreamworld, Wet 'N' Wild, Sea World or Movieworld; it is easy to get to them all. We have everything from great shopping to fine dining, from whale watching to hot air balloon rides! There is something to suit everyone. Your balcony is a geat place to sit back relax and watch the surf roll in. 

Q: How far away is the race track?

A 15 minute drive by car, max 20 minutes depending on time of day.


Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

Groceries and supplies can be purchased at the local SPAR approx 3 min walk or from the supermarket at the Oasis Shopping Centre or 5 mins by car.
